Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer of quality building products servicing the civil, commercial and residential construction and building industries. A family based company at the heart, they are renowned for excellent service.
We have a six month maternity leave contract starting at the end of April 2020. You will be the first point of contact by telephone and face to face, answering all incoming calls with a friendly professional manner. You will build rapport with clients and customers, delegating calls to the appropriate staff.
You will also support a busy Accounts/Administration team with general clerical/filing, basic Data Entry and scanning.
With a minimum of 2 years experience you will have an attention to detail with a focus on excellent customer service. A Flexible attitude to roll your sleeves up and assist with general administration clerical tasks. You will be reliable, dedicated to your work with a friendly, positive and professional disposition.
