Welder - Located in St Marys

This role is for an immediate start and would suit a candidate who has done basic welding either on the job or perhaps working in the back yard on weekends and is looking to increase in their skills.

Duties may include but not limited to:

  • Oxy Cutting and Grinding off metal parts from products to be repaired
  • Welding new components to products
  • Operate counter balance forklift to move completed products
  • General Housekeeping

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Basic Fabrication & Production Welding experience
  • Experience welding galvanized steel
  • Experience performing general labouring duties
  • Experience operating grinders
  • Counter Balance Forklift Licence
  • A good eye for detail 

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

  • Recent welding experience
  • Availability to work between Monday- Friday 5 days per week
  • No lifting restrictions as you will be required to lift up to 25kg
  • A current NSW drivers licence and own reliable transport
  • A current Forklift licence is essential
  • 2 x checkable work references
  • Proof of unlimited work rights in Australia- Australian Birth Certificate, Passport, Visa or Citizenship Certificate
  • PPE including steel capped boots and hi vis safety vest
